What does a GCSE Sociology course entail?
This course will also teach you about the different theoretical perspectives in sociology, such as functionalism, conflict theory, and symbolic interactionism. You also will explore the Sociological approach and research methods.
The assessment for GCSE Sociology is a two-hour written exam. The exam will test your knowledge of the different topics covered in the course, as well as your ability to apply sociological theories to real-life scenarios.

If you enjoy sociology and want to learn more, you can continue your studies at A Level or university.
