Have you done a previous course with Skills and Learning? Learners will probably have completed our ICT for Beginners Step 2 course.

What digital device do you have and how long have you had it? We are excepting learners to have a laptop or desktop.

What do you use your device for at the moment?  We are expecting learners to use the internet, e-mails and perhaps Facebook. We are not expecting skills in file Managment and Excel at present.

Do you know how to make a multi-media (words, pictures and video) presentation and send it to friends and family? If the answer is yes then this course if probably too basic for you, If the answer is no then this course will be just right.

Materials and costs

You will need a notebook and a pen to write down instructions. You would ideally have access to a computer outside sessions to practice on.
